Elf comes out today, and I'm definitely going to see it. of course, only because of Will Ferrell. he is brilliance in an elf costume.

in other news, i saw the Matrix and it was okay. the fight and war scenes were really cool, but that's about it. don't get me started on the ending.

and in non-movie news, i must announce that i would totally rock a mohawk (not a faux-hawk but a real live mohawk) except that would prevent me from getting a job and also there's much baggage that comes with rocking a mohawk. people automatically assume things about you. "he must be a punk. but he doesn't look like a punk. well then he's a poseur." this is unfair. when can a mohawk simply be, people? when can a mohawk be just another hairstyle like the caesar or the buzzcut? why must it say so much about it's bearer?
