I was at the dentist yesterday, and he was filling a cavity, and when he started drilling, it hurt like hell even though he already gave me anesthetic. So he gave me more anesthetic and said to his assistant, "Make a note in his chart that he needs twice the amount of anesthetic as a normal person."

You hear that? I need "twice the amount of anesthetic as a normal person." You know why? I feel more than you do. My feelings are twice as sensitive. It's my superpower. Your novacaine doesn't effect me! I'm full of feeling.

Of course, being such a sensitive soul doesn't make for easy living. But I manage.
