so i'm renting this beautiful room in a beautiful house in the beautiful countryside. the owners are these two old ladies. i'm pretty sure they're girlfriends, although i suppose it's really none of my business. but really, in this golden age of reality television, isn't everything everyone's business? am i right, folks, or what?

but anyway, they're pretty darn cool. they have matching La-Z-Boys which they sit on while eating dinner and watching television, which i thought was cute. they also have three dogs and a cat. the cat is my favorite right now, since he (or she, i don't know yet) comes and visits me in my room. i think the cat will always win over the dogs in my book anyway.

i saw the movie Committed yesterday. it was okay, but there were a few things about it that i really liked. the honesty and conviction of Heather Graham's character was amazing. she always stood by her word and never told a lie. she lived a life of total honesty. which made me wish i could do the same. the other thing i really liked was Casey Affleck. he needs to be in more movies. he can be the best part of any movie he's in.

also: The Salton Sea... the tattoo that Val Kilmer's friend gets is so sweet and cute. touching, really. awwwww.
